Abstract

The increasing expansion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in several functional areas of the Administration has attracted many companies to invest in technological devices and innovations that enchant and facilitate the everyday of the consumers, making them more susceptible the offered facilities. Despite the utilitarian aspect and the improvements presented by the AI, it can be seen that the consequences of this man / machine interaction remain ignored and / or unknown, and can generate a condition of vulnerability for the consumer. Therefore, this essay seeks to analyze the possibility of the consumption of artificial intelligence to enhance the vulnerability of the consumer through the generation of information for the organizations. It is intended, with the discussion of the essay, the promotion of new works that address the state of vulnerability generated through interactions of the individual through these technological innovations and how these can affect the society in general.
