CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE: AN ANALYSIS OF THE EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
Abstract
This article aims to verify the relation between university education and the perception of the development of cultural intelligence in undergraduate students, based on experiential learning. Using the exploratory quantitative research method, the internal and external factors that influence cultural intelligence were investigated, as well as the fact that the change in the perception of CQ among students is positively associated with the period of the course. This article contributes to the international business literature by exploring the relationships between CQ perception and training, advancing the understanding of how to learn to become better global professionals, and discussing internal and external factors that influence the development of CQ that are not included in surveys already performed.
