AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

The objective of the article was to analyze the scientific scenario regarding social alliances in the last ten years (2010 to 2020). For this, an integrative review of 100 studies published between 2010 and August 2020 in the Web of Science and Scopus databases was carried out. The content of the studies was presented in a summarized way and which directions are opportune for researchers to follow and develop theoretical knowledge about the subject in focus. Five groups were reached, with some being subdivided into more specific themes, the main objectives that were addressed in the analyzed studies. Thus, it is possible to understand the path that researchers in the area are taking. Furthermore, four focuses for future studies are outlined according to the suggestions of the articles read and categorized. The implications of the study refer to directing future research according to the existing literature.
