EMPREENDEDORISMO NO RIO GRANDE DO NORTE: FATORES FACILITADORES E DIFICULTADORES

O empreendedorismo tem-se expandido nos últimos, fomentando o progresso econômico, gerando novos empregos e riqueza para os países. Entretanto, vários fatores podem favorecer ou dificultar a prática empreendedora. Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar os fatores facilitadores e dificultadores ao empreendedorismo no Estado do Rio Grande do Norte. A metodologia utilizada foi uma pesquisa quantitativa e descritiva, por meio da análise fatorial exploratória e regressão linear múltipla, aplicada a 224 respondentes. Os resultados destacam, dentre os fatores facilitadores, o conhecimento sobre a maneira de fabricar um produto/trabalhar um serviço e condições de contratar mão-de-obra qualificada, e dentre os fatores dificultadores, o receio do fracasso ou do risco de ter o próprio negócio, a quantidade de exigências burocráticas e o acesso a programas de orientação empreendedora para criar ou manter um negócio. A pesquisa amplia o conhecimento sobre tais fatores e de como estes podem colaborar ou inibir o empreendedorismo.
