PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA INTERNACIONAL SOBRE BIG DATA E INTUIÇÃO NA TOMADA DE DECISÃO

Resumo

O processo de tomada de decisão envolvendo big data e intuição ainda é pouco discutido na literatura. Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a produção científica internacional sobre o processo de tomada de decisão com big data ou intuição, nos últimos oito anos. A metodologia consistiu em um levantamento bibliométrico. De forma longitudinal, a pesquisa ocorreu na Plataforma Proquest, no período compreendido entre 1º de janeiro de 2013 a 31 de dezembro de 2019, retornando 57 artigos que atenderam aos critérios de busca. Ao final, 42 periódicos foram contemplados, demonstrando uma produção internacional recente. Estudos teóricos foram maioria nos artigos estudados, demonstrando a necessidade de maior aplicação empírica. Percebe-se uma maior necessidade de agendas de pesquisa de forma a contemplar o assunto, uma vez que o tema intuição na tomada de decisão, aliado ao tema big data ainda é pouco discutido na literatura.
