TEORIA IMPLÍCITA DA LIDERANÇA: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOMÉTRICA E MAPEAMENTO CIENTÍFICO

Resumo

Objetivo: Este artigo mapeia e descreve a evolução da Teoria Implícita da Liderança, por meio de uma revisão bibliométrica, utilizando as técnicas de análise de desempenho e mapeamento científico, realizada nas bases Scopus, Scielo, Web of Science e APA PsycNet.  

Originalidade / valor: Apesar da Teoria Implícita da Liderança ser importante para a compreensão dos processos de liderança e ser pesquisadas há cerca de cinquenta anos, não existe na literatura um esforço para mapear a evolução deste campo de estudo.

Design / metodologia / abordagem: O método utilizado foi a análise bibliométrica, a partir de um levantamento bibliográfico sistemático nas bases de dados APA Psynet, Scopus, Web of Science e Scielo. Dois tipos de análises foram realizados. O primeiro, denominado análise de desempenho, avaliou a produção científica no campo em termos de quantidade de documentos no período estudado; autores; instituições; periódicos e países mais produtivos; além dos métodos de pesquisa utilizados. O mapeamento científico, segunda análise realizada, utilizou a ferramenta Vosviewer e CitNetExplorer para avaliar cronologicamente as relações de citação, além d as análises de coautoria e coocorrência de palavras-chave.

Resultados: As principais contribuições deste artigo são: mapeamento da dinâmica de desenvolvimento dos estudos sobre liderança implícita; análise dos principais indicadores bibliométricos – número de artigos publicados por ano, produtividade dos autores, autores mais citados, palavras-chave mais usadas, países e instituições mais produtivos e número de publicações por periódico; contextualização histórica e categorização dos estudos sobre a Teoria Implícita da Liderança
