uma análise nas produções científicas e tendências futuras sobre o desafio na longevidade das empresas

INTRODUÇÃO: O empreendedorismo é responsável pelo crescimento econômico e geração de empregos no país. PROBLEMA DE PESQUISA: Qual a relação entre inovação e longevidade na sustentabilidade de micro e pequenas empresas? OBJETIVOS: Analisar a relação entre inovação e longevidade na sustentabilidade de micro e pequenas empresas. MÉTODO E METODOLOGIA: Tratou-se de estudo exploratório, descritivo de caráter qualitativo, com aplicação de revisão de literatura, utilizando a base de dados de Revista ABS 4 da área de empreendedorismo. RESULTADOS ALCANÇADOS: Percebeu-se que a revista Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice foi a que mais publicou com 156 artigos. O ano de 2022 e 2023 destacaram-se e uma possível explicação é a pandemia do COVID-19 que obrigou a inovarem para permanecer no mercado. O empreendedorismo se relaciona com diversos assuntos, evidenciando: inovação, conhecimento e social. Na análise dos artigos mais relevantes, observou-se vários fatores afetando o resultado dos empreendedores: inovação, conhecimento e sustentabilidade estão entre eles. É preciso adotar estratégias inovadoras que garantam vantagem competitiva e sustentabilidade. CONCLUSÕES: Os estudos recentes reforçam a relevância dos estudos seminais sobre empreendedorismo e inovação como forma de garantir a vantagem competitiva e a sustentabilidade dos negócios.
