O QUE É JUSTIÇA ORGANIZACIONAL? A VOZ DO GESTOR

Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar o que é justiça organizacional na visão de gestores brasileiros. A pesquisa qualitativa foi realizada com 162 indivíduos com experiência em cargos de gestão. Foi questionado aos respondentes: o que é justiça dentro das organizações para você? Aplicou-se a estratégia do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo, reconstruindo o discurso em pensamento único, composto por ideias centrais. Os resultados demonstram que os discursos emanados pelos gestores se aproximam das três dimensões tradicionais da Justiça Organizacional. Constatou-se que mesmo os supervisores estando em posição hierárquica superior que seus subordinados, eles expõem pensamentos análogos aos receptores de justiça.
