Validação e Propriedade Psicométricas do Inventário de Saúde Emocional no Trabalho

Resumo

Esta pesquisa tem por finalidade propor um “Inventário de Saúde Emocional no Trabalho”. Trata-se de uma pesquisa tipo survey com abordagem quantitativa aplicada em 1.445 trabalhadores e estudantes brasileiros. A partir dos resultados encontrados, constatou-se que a escala apresentou propriedades psicométricas, mais precisamente não apresentando invariância entre os grupos pesquisados a partir do perfil dos respondentes. Está escala irá desempenhar um papel importante para a ciência ao fornecer insights e perspectivas essenciais acerca das dinâmicas emocionais no ambiente de trabalho. Ademais, é uma fonte robusta de dados empíricos que podem ser utilizados para elaborar estratégias direcionadas à redução de emoções negativas tanto no espaço corporativo quanto no acadêmico.
