ESTILOS E PAPÉIS DE LIDERANÇA NO CONTEXTO DA INDÚSTRIA DE MODA

Objetivo: identificar evidências de estilos e papéis de liderança na atuação de líderes de equipes de design de moda; Metodologia: qualitativa com estratégia de estudo de caso em um Grupo de moda de Santa Catarina. Dados foram coletados dados através de entrevistas semiestruturadas e observação participante com 36 colaboradores de 6 equipes de design de moda; Resultados: as evidências identificadas demonstram que líderes podem utilizar mais de um estilo ou papel de liderança na condução/execução das atividades laborais de suas equipes. Observou-se que determinados papéis e estilos podem ser aplicados a situações específicas ou combinados ao mesmo tempo, não sendo possível afirmar que um líder se utiliza exclusivamente de um estilo ou papel de liderança; Contribuições: enfatizou-se que há relação entre os papéis e estilos de liderança; foram apontadas evidências sobre esses estilos e papéis; demonstrou-se a possibilidade de se pensar e estruturar o desenvolvimento de liderança de forma coletiva; e propõe-se uma melhor compreensão das características comportamentais de líderes, possibilitando o desenvolvimento de papéis deficientes e a formação daqueles considerados ausentes e necessários para aprimorar seu desempenho.
