Trinta Anos de Estudos sobre Adaptações da Cultura Organizacional na Ascensão das Mulheres em Liderança

Resumen

O progresso na trajetória das mulheres em posições de liderança é visível nas últimas décadas, porém esse crescimento ainda segue em ritmo lento. Esta revisão sistemática da literatura teve o objetivo de examinar os aspectos das adaptações internas e externas da cultura organizacional (Schein, 2020) que influenciam a ascensão de mulheres à posição de liderança no período entre 1993 e 2023, utilizando três bases de dados. Nos últimos trinta anos, os estudos de cultura organizacional que abordaram mulheres na liderança, se concentraram em 67% na adaptação e integração internas, onde 36% analisaram especificamente fatores como posição hierárquica, status e poder. Em contrapartida, ao comparar em categorias de forma cronológica, observou-se uma tendência de migração dos estudos para adaptação e sobrevivência externas. O resultado demostra uma crescente preocupação com a visão sustentável e com os relacionamentos entre a cultura organizacional, as mulheres líderes e os stakeholders das organizações, principalmente relacionada à missão essencial da organização e à proteção da identidade corporativa associada à presença da mulher na liderança. A originalidade do estudo evidencia a transição para uma abordagem cultural centrada na preocupação com sustentabilidade organizacional e relações externas e fornece um panorama sobre a influência da cultura organizacional na ascensão das mulheres à cargo de liderança, contribuindo para futuros estudos sobre o planejamento das práticas para promover diversidade, equidade e inclusão.
