Aprendizagem profissional no contexto da indústria 4.0
uma agenda de pesquisa baseada na Teoria da Atividade

Objetivo: Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar os desafios e oportunidades para a aprendizagem profissional no contexto da Indústria 4.0, considerando as transformações no mercado de trabalho e a necessidade de adaptação das competências da força de trabalho. Proposta: A pesquisa propõe um framework teórico que contribui para compreender e orientar a aprendizagem profissional diante das exigências impostas pelas tecnologias emergentes e pelas mudanças nos ambientes de trabalho.
Abordagem teórica: O estudo fundamenta-se na Teoria da Aprendizagem Expansiva de Engeström, vinculada à Teoria da Atividade, como base para analisar e interpretar os processos de aprendizagem em contextos de mudança.
Provocação: A investigação parte do reconhecimento de uma lacuna entre as competências desenvolvidas no ensino formal e aquelas exigidas pelo mercado de trabalho, especialmente diante de tarefas que envolvem criatividade, interação social e decisões em contextos de incerteza — áreas em que a automação tem limitações.
Métodos: Foi realizada uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL), seguindo o protocolo PRISMA, com foco em publicações entre 2011 e 2025, visando mapear o estado da arte sobre aprendizagem profissional na Indústria 4.0.
Resultados: Os achados indicam a necessidade urgente de repensar programas de educação e treinamento, priorizando habilidades humanas não substituíveis pela tecnologia. Também evidenciam a importância de uma maior articulação entre empresas e instituições de ensino.
Conclusões: Conclui-se que a aprendizagem profissional na Indústria 4.0 demanda abordagens inovadoras e integradas. O framework proposto, baseado na Teoria da Aprendizagem Expansiva, oferece uma base analítica para repensar práticas formativas em contextos industriais em transformação.
