Estereótipos cultivados em seriados: uma análise dos enquadramentos de personagens negros em Criminal Minds

Nesta pesquisa discutimos a relação entre o cultivo, o frame e os estereótipos em seriados televisivos. Investigamos o cultivo de estereótipos nos enquadramentos dados aos personagens negros durante a primeira temporada de Criminal Minds (2005-) e utilizamos uma metodologia qualitativa com análise de conteúdo. A representação repetitiva de estereótipos negativos em programas televisivos pode influenciar na percepção dos indivíduos sobre a realidade. Este estudo questiona que tipos de enquadramentos são dados nas ficções televisivas.
