Abstract

This article aims to present the proposal of the American physicist David Bohm on dialogue, understood as a concrete experiential practice capable of penetrating and transforming the collective thought process. The problem that served as a starting point for this text involves the current model of legal education, forged on the basis of movements that reap the sensitivity of students. It is hypothesised that Bohm’s proposal, once applied to the academic-legal field, can allow work on the sensitivity of students and professors, whose reflexes may be felt in the future in legal praxis itself. In this sense, we understand that the formation of dialogue groups, as suggested by Bohm, can be an interesting invitation to learn and live together in the academic environment, an invitation to respect and listen to oneself and the other. As for the methodology, the method used was the hypothetical-deductive, from the bibliographic research technique.
