Abstract

Based on the hypothetical-deductive method and considering Resolution nº. 05/2018 of Ministry of Education as a theoretical framework, this article aims to demonstrate how innovative, transdisciplinary and activist family law legal education is possible through music. As it is a branch of law that undergoes so many changes, in addition to being intricate in all subjects, as each one participates in a family in their own way, Family Law deserves special attention, in a transdisciplinary way. A holistic and broad look is essential, enabling a better integration between subjects and operators of law.
